Sharing cooking skills

Arnaud

Hello there,

I love to eat and to cook, let's face it. And I enjoy Vietnamese cuisine :)

If you're a food enthusiast like me, and know how to cook Vietnamese, maybe we can have a deal. You teach me some Vietnamese cuisine, and in return I can teach you some French cuisine.

We can meet after work or during the week-end. The only thing is that there's no kitchen where I live, so I hope you do have a kitchen to share :)

See you !

Hi I am also a fan of cooking and eating. (but not a good cook,  I am learning cooking and enjoying Vietnamese food as a compensation for those years abroad).  How long have you been in Viet nam?  You can taste Vietnamese food as they are not really expensive,  then pick out the food that u like. I can share you the way to do it,

Hi, my favorite food are mainly noodles soups: "Phở bò", "Bún bò Huế", "Mì Quảng" and so on. I would love to make the bouillon from zero: go to the market, buy the ingredients, chop everything and cook it.

On the other hand, I know it takes a lot of time, and after it's a lot to eat. It's likely that nobody bother doing that, and probably just go in the street and buy a noodle soup.

Anyway, so I think any other food would suit me, I like pretty much every food I tried in Vietnam.

Today I was trying to grill egg fish by pant, just don't want to eat so much fried foods  hihi.... I made 'dưa góp' by cucumber, carrots, lemon, fish sauce and a little sugar. And papaya, not expensive these days...
