Sorry but soul food means fried chicken ( not KFC) collard greens, corn bread, just to name a few.

Soul food is a African-American cuisine and there are very few African-American's here. As a matter if fact, the only African-American's I've seen are Nigerians trying to pass themselves off as American's in order to scam someone.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen have some restaurants in ho chi minh city.
I know one in airport, another one in district (near Mac Donald's), one near my home in street D2, Binh Thanh district
And some others places
