Khoi Thom , gets very very good reviews on Trip Advisor . Also Wayne's Texas BBQ in Bui Vien St , District 1 has some very good quality mexican dishes

I think you may be referring to where he used to be on Le Thanh Ton st , he moved to Bui Vien , number 236 to be precise
