There's a available room in Binh Thanh to share. This is the nice house with living room at  ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor is 2 rooms, terrace at top. Each room has 1 bedrooms with wooden floor, bathroom, and separate kitchen. Rental price: 400USD per month. It's in Bui Dinh Tuy street, Binh thanh dist, 10 minute to CBD, now it's available 1 room at there, a Spanish occupied another one. If you're interested in, i can show you this room.
