just want to check where to change ruppiah (indonesia) at HCM?

You ca change it at leading banks. I dont think its possible to change it at a goldsmith with rupiah.

You can exchange it at Pham Ngu Lao or De Tham street, Q.1, HCMC

What do you need Rupiah for? If for your trip to Indonesia then better you change to dollar and later you change dollar to rupiah Indonesia just in case you not found it in HCM.
