Hi Alan, I dropped into a tax agent here , it appears that I don't need to do anything. It will change if I become an investor but can't see that happening. I'm selling my place of residence here and it won't attract capital gains tax, I've also applied for and received a foreigner's tax exemption cert so happy days ahead. What info were you looking for? P;s I've stayed in Ba Tri many times and never been approached by police.
