Do it in Mexico before you come here.

If a major problem is discovered, take care of it first in North America.

Once you have a clear picture of your health and any acute problems are resolved, there are many options here in the Đà Nẵng area, with higher prices for places that provide a foreign doctor who speaks English well.

The cost at such specialized places here is on par with what I was paying in Mexico.

Good luck!

@Luckydratsab

OceanBeach92107 used to live in Mexico. Now VN.

The good thing about having your physical done in Mexico is that in the (hopefully unlikely) event they detect any issue, it's just a hop-skip-and-a-jump back to Canada and our universal health care umbrella.
