Anyone who has personally managed?
I find it almost impossible the requirements on legalized copies on this that and the other.
Heath certificate, legalized copy of your degrees, ditto work experience etc.

Without them no you cannot legally obtain a work permit.

However depending on your personal circumstances if you are residing in Vietnam and married to a local with a valid temporary residence card you are as of January this year exempt from the work permit requirements. However, you still have to fill out a form for this once you have a contract for an employer..

I did one years ago, yes it wasnt too easy, but its attainable.
