Hello, I am in the process of heading to Pattaya in the next 3 months. I am looking for somewhere to reside, close to the market area. Are there any opportunities for contract trade specialist in the area: Electrician, Construction, Utilities, Heavy equipment operations, etc. Also how Is the government and expats from the US operating businesses in the Philippines?

What do you mean by the market area? I've been living in Pattaya and Jomtien for years and there's no designated market area. There are different types of markets everywhere.
