Moving to Udon Thani bureaucracy and regulations

Hello, My name is Paul and I hope to marry my Thai fiancee at the end of the year and subsequently move to Udon Thani. I am retired and have been to Udon many times. I'm afraid I'm not familiar with the bureaucracy,regulations,

etc regarding this.Any information would be much appreciated.
