Retiring under Civil Service

Would like to contact expats that have retired under Civil Service in the US... Am having problems downloading form 1099r from OPM. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried downloading it from here:

@smw1918 I thought they wouldn't be available until the end of the month.  Nonetheless I've lived here going on 8 years now and so I definitely can help you.  There is a new login website and Procedure and it wasn't the best move on OPM's part.  I worked 35 years with USDOT, FHWA and have a TSP account as well.  That login Procedure has changed as well.
