Residential house construction cost in Colombo

I am instead to build 4 bed room double storey house. (open plan ) .

I understand construction cost is depending on many variable such as quality of material . I noticed that there are some discussion in simile topic in 2013 and indicate that cost would be Rs 2500~ 5000 SqF.

Could you please know me approximate cost per Sq feet.
