I want to buy second hand goods

I am looking at the possabity of coming to Sri Lanka and buying second hand goods from local people, and can't find any information regarding this. Does anyone know what organisations I can speak with, or does anyone have any info?

Its a matter of registering a shop and spreading the word. I am living close to a similar shop operated by a local.

Unless otherwise you deal with any gems or antiques, you won't need any special permission.

Please do share the email address of yours. I will furnish the regulations relates to starting a new business.
