is that possible to appeal against medical unfit issues for work permit application? already have negative reports from singapore hospital..

You can try to talk to the doctor(s) who issued the negative medical report. Maybe they did a mistake, or there was a misunderstanding?
But if you do actually have the condition that led to the report, then there is no chance of a successful appeal.
