IPA Cancellation

Hi Beppi/surya,

I am an Indian National (currently in india) holding IPA which will expire on June.

My joining date with my Singapore employer is may 4th but due to covid situation I do not want to join in a new job in singapore. My employer also agreed to cancel the IPA.

I Would like to know whether cancellation of IPA will have any impact in case if I apply for work pass in singapore again.

This depends on the reason the company tells MoM for cancelling the work pass.
You changing your mind is seen as negative (under normal circumstances, right now nobody knows how MoM will react), but if the company does it is clearly not your fault.
