Hi .. Does National Immunisation Registry of singapore accepts Original  vaccination document translated from India ? Or it requires to be translated in Singapore only ? If you have any agency or contacts who can assist in translation, please provide me the details.  Thanks in advance.

An official translation from a certified translator recognised by the Singapore authorities is sufficient. The translator does not need to be in Singapore. Ask your nearest Singapore embassy which translators in your country are recognised!
