Raft House?

I want to moor a raft somewhere and build a small houseboat/rafthouse there. How can I rent a mooring, or find someone to give me access to a place to put this?


I know there must be a way to do this. I am presently in CDO, but don't mind relocating, provided I can still come to land to buy provisions, etc. Also I need to build this on the beach or in the water on location. So there needs to be access to building materials, etc.

Lol. So is this impossible? I just thought it could be a way to find a little solace. Here at my house there is none. My wife is leaving for abroad soon and I really don't want to be here alone. So I am brainstorming ways to settle elsewhere. I like moving around. I'm nomadic. But it'd be nice to have a home base that isolates me a bit.
