State Department has Resumed Visa Interviews

Hi,

My wife just got a notice that the US Embassy has scheduled a Visa interview for her February 4.

I have a flight to US January 31, so I will be rescheduling that to when we can fly together.

Thought some of you might be interested.

Not sure if we can travel to Manila without having to sit through a 14 day quarantine. Wife needs passport updated to married name before Visa interview, but travel between Ormoc and Tacloban requires APOR permit, travel passes and health certificates.
