SRRV holders required PRA registry update.

Current SRRV holders should have received this notice via email today.  You have until October 29th to complete and return the form.

From the PRA:

Notice to All SRRV Holders
(from PRA MANAGEMENT):
"The Philippine Retirement Authority (PRA) is currently updating its member information registry.
As an ISO 9001:2015 certified GOCC, our Quality Management System incorporates this initiative as one of our Information System automation projects which aims to improve service to SRRV holders.
This will also serve as a platform to update policies, projects, programs and other activities.
It is hereby required that ALL SRRV holders visit this link https://pra.gov.ph/.../10/MEMBER-INFORM … GISTRY.pdf to access/fill out the mandatory form and email at SRRVmember@pra.gov.ph not later than October 29, 2020.
Thank you."

I think at least an email acknowledgement stating that doc/info was duly received would make a good start to comply wif ISO.

Seems as though many people never got an email and it seems odd that there was never any follow up.  I wonder if this was intended for only some people or certain groups of people.
No form on the website you show and nothing on the SRRV site to complete an update.              Members 10 years. What next?

They could be 'profiling' current SRRV holders ...as someone else mentioned.
Maybe much younger retirees >35 & his/her country of origin.
I've too have got no follow up nor any acknowlegement for info that was provided.

On the PRA website, scroll to the bottom of the page to downloads. Open downloads and scroll down to item number 34.   Member Information Registry Form.

Sometimes you have to dig a little.

I just received an email from my PRA rep.  She states that the SRRV holders that have received their SRRV's within approximately the last two years are the ones who received the emails.

She stated that the purpose was to review and update the DOT database with the concentration being on one particular group of young recipients from another Asian country.  She also said that some email addresses have either changed or may simply be incorrect in the database.

In a kind way, she said that old farts like me have no worries.  Hope so.

Yes I do that at least twice a day to make sure that I have not missed something to download.  :D   I am not sure what the usefulness of sending out emails to have people correct their email address since it is obvious they won't get the email.
I would be one of the new members and yet I have not received any email (legitimate).
There also appears to be something else that is new, at least for me.  SRRAV ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURE MONITORING SYSTEM.
SRRV Monitor

It looks exactly the same but different.

The updates are shared for expats who may be interested.  If you're not then move on.   :D

TeeJay.  I clicked on the link but only received page not found notice.  I wish PRA would have sent me some info on this.  Suggestions on how to access the new registration requirements?  rainrider9

On the PRA website, scroll to the bottom of the page to downloads. Open downloads and scroll down to item number 34.   Member Information Registry Form.
And then there is the confusing scrolling bar at the top for the SRRV Monitoring System which requests the same information.

Was your information complete on the SRRV monitoring system page?   Mine was not.  I tried to input the information, though it would not allow me to save it.

I tried it when it first came out and I ran into some sort of problem with it but it was clearly not ready for prime time.  There have been changes since then.  Since I didn't even get the notification of the form (item 34), I called the PRA and didn't get any real insight.
I have not tried the newer version of  the SRRV Monitoring System.

I sent a message to my rep about the monitoring system.  I'll post her reply when I get it.

Thanks
