Buiding in Cagayan de oro

Has anyone built a house in CDO, Firstly I am looking to get plans drawn ,I have had one quote which I thought was on the high side although I am unsure what is the normal cost for this,also can anyone recomend anyone? also interested to find out what total costs of building were, few figures on google but would like to know actual figures from people who have actually built. Hi, Croz,

My wife and I are in the process of building a house in Xavier Estates just outside of Cagayan de Oro. We got screwed by our contractor - she used our money to fund other projects and then ran into cash flow problems - but our new contractor is fantastic and was doing a phenomenal job until CV-19 put a hold on construction. Send me your contact info and I'll introduce you.

I won't comment on pricing because there are so many variables. We're paying about what I would expect.
