Thank you! Actually I'm still a newbie in terms of cooking, I'm trying hard to cook and experiment :)

Can hardly wait.  I too, experiment with different ways of cooking.  Of course, my favorite are Pilipino dishes like pinakbet, bulalo, kare-kare, etc.  Are you going to post your culinary creations?
No, I'm not a chef....but I love to cook and seem to have a flair for culinary arts and always learning from others.  Not surprising I suppose, that my favorite tv show is Iron Chef America!
