advice on selling my condo in las pinas

Greetings all: Can anyone please steer me in the right direction regarding selling my condo. I am a retired Canadian architect and my condo is a beautiful 50m2/one bedroom fully furnished with top quality furniture and electronic equipment.

Unfortunately, I need to return to Canada for family reasons.

Any help on reliable real estate agents would be much appreciated!!
