Annual Report

Enzyte Bob

Annual report time is coming up soon.

I'm a 13A holder and my 13A expires in February. Expires after five years.

Has anyone renewed their 13A after five years? What paperwork did you have to file and where?

Do you actually mean your Card is expiring and not your Visa which is permanent ?

I renewed mine a few years ago.

I just went to BI website, followed the steps required at that time.

Made copies of everything, placed all in folder by the order given.

I believe they required the Original (BOC) order approving my 13a.

Since it was, of Course, my only original order, I did not want to give it away thinking what happens next time I renew and they want the Original etc, made no sense to me.

Anyway I made a few colored copies which they accepted.

Drove To SM Aura office, paid the fees and submitted the Packet along with Passport and  my old Card too.

SM Aura just receives, but does not process.

They forward packet to the Main.

I believe I waited a couple of months for my name to show up that my card was ready for pickup.

Drove to Main for Pick up and while I was there I also completed my Annual report since it was Feb.

Under services on the BI website you will find ACR-1 renewal. Thise instructions are what you will follow to apply.

All the requirements for 13a are the same as listed on the instruction form for ACR-1

When I applied there was a 13a box to check on the actual application, but everything else is pretty much the same as a ACR-1 renewal.
