The people are wonderful, kind and friendly but must be paif for everything, living in a ger is marvellous, be careful with carbon monoxide fumes, there are buses and taxes in Ulaanbaatar and internal flights and there is a big historical museum in Ulaanbaatar

That's not a thing. You can find short-term rentals for gers on sites like Airbnb, and even hotel booking sites. If you want a long-term rental for a foreign resident, search Facebook groups for apartment rentals.
