Opportunities for expatriates

Hi, we are moving to Mongolia soon. I wanted to know if expats are hired for jobs easily or there are some regulations that we need to be aware of. Basically I want to know if there is any prospect for an expatriate to get a job.Thanks.

I am not the original poster but I'm looking for school aid, or waitress/cook in a music venue-Jazz club would be super

child care, front desk, reception, barista or bus woman
