In malaysia immigration how they count 14 days stay

Please help me to understand, how malaysian immigration team calculate 14 days out of malaysia.
For example -
I left malasiya (immgiration done) at 8th feb 9 AM 2020 and I re-enter in malaysia aroun
1.30 AM on 23th Feb 2020 .

So it will be include left and re-enter date as I am in malaysia.

This is an old thread but should anyone new come along and wonder, Immigration starts by counting the first day. From the 1st day to the 2nd day isnt 24 hours, its two days. Other way is looking at two weeks on a calendar and then subtracting one day. So, 14 days isnt two weeks, its 13 days. And yes they count weekends and holidays.
