>14 days for 182 days

JNP14

Hi all, I started working in Nov 2022 and I paid 30% tax for the first 6 months (Nov 2022-Apr 2023).

I have traveled out of country for more than 14 days this year in 2023 before I fulfilled my 182 days, which is due to misinformation from LHDN staff where he said it’s “14 days per trip” and not “14 days aggregate per year”.

Now that this has already happened, is there still any way for me to get the refund  for  Nov and Dec 2022 tax?

How about the refund for Jan - Apr 2023? Can I continue to establish my tax residency in 2024 for the 2023 taxes?
