Deferral Visa Status

I have been working in Malaysia for a while and currently, I am changing my employer. The new employer applied for the Employment pass through ESD and status is "Deferral".

What is the turn around time or SLA to Pass Approval stage?

Meantime I have another offer from a different company, Can two companies apply for the employment pass at the same time?
