Moving to Malaysia have few questions in mind

Hello,

I am an Indian and hired by the Malaysian company and expected to join it following completing all formalities. Here are a few questions which are in mind before I move to Cyberjaya. I request you to help me answer with the same.

Is there any age criteria to work in Malaysia, what is the least age one foreigner can start work on (Note: I am not going for any labor job, it is for the corporate job)

Is it possible to get flat on sharing basis in Cyberjaya, and how much it will cost? And how it can be found?

If my work location is Cyberjaya, and I stays at Kaulalumpur, will it impact me in any way?

I will be directly not on the payroll of the company, instead, it will be on the payroll of the third party, how will it make difference?

Living in KL and working in Cyberjaya is a bit of a nightmare because of long travel time but it is doable: http://www.cyberjayadts.com.my/ plus train (KLIA Transit for Sentral)

Working through 3rd party usually ends in tears and is potentially illegal if the workplace company isn't able to hire people directly because of lack of appropriate incorporation capital.
