Property Tax for UK citizen

Hello

I have a property in PD that is rented out, I am a UK citizen living in Wales and need to find out what Tax i owe and how to pay it.
how do i find an accountant in Malaysia that can do this for me and what should i pay.

you just need to file an annual malaysian tax return via LHDN

Hi Gravitas

I owe a couple of years tax, as i didn't realise i had to pay it, so would like to use an accountant to sort it out with the Malaysian tax authorities

Probably easiest to get an accountant to file for you. Malaysian institute of accountants website has lisings

I have looked on the Malaysian Institute of Accountants website but cant find the list of accountants to contact.
I am a United Kingdom resident and have not lived in Malaysia so i am a non-resident and own a property there which i owe Malaysian tax on. I dont know how much tax or what i can and cant claim for, i have a mortgage on the property but dont think i can claim the interest as a cost.

Can someone please recommend an accountant and an approximate price they would charge
