Does changing my passport matter?

Teytey

Hello!

So I’ll briefly share my story, I’ve lived in Malaysia on a student visa for 5 years and then left for a year and 9 months to my home country thengot back I work in Malaysia but for some reason my work permit has been delayed and I’ve been working on a tourist visa for 7 months..here’s the run down:

1- I got 3 months upon arrival
2- did 1 visa run for 3 days to Thailand then got back in with 3 months
3- I panicked and didn’t want to do another visa run so I applied for an extension and got one for only 24 days
4- applied for 1 more extension after 24 days and got 1 for 14 days with the red stamp Final on it (which means I’m not allowed to apply for more)

5- I had to exit malaysia after the final extension finished and now I’m in my home country for 10 days and I’ll return to malaysia. however I’m going to change my passport so here come the questions:

If I had a brand new passport with a brand new number and picture  can they detect me and my previous history and final stamp and what not?

Cause I understand I can’t escape the finger print but no one seems to know exactly if this finger print shows ur criminal history or ur previous airport stamps?

I will have a return ticket when I’m entering to go back to my country.

But How can I walk back in, in 9 days hiccups free?

What are your advices? Does changing my passport cut the deal? How bad is the Final extention stamp in case I couldn’t change?

If your name is the same in the new passport then the change will come up when your passport is scanned.

Even with a new passport, different name, bio metric scans will also show that you formerly held a different passport in your original name.
