Employment Pass- without Bachelor degree, will my visa be rejected?

nitestryker

Hi,

I've recently been offered a position of RM10,000/month (2000 euros). I do not have a bachelor degree as I chose to leave university in my last semester to work. I currently have roughly a bit over 4 years professional working experience. Just wondering whether I would be automatically rejected by the authorities when this company applies for the visa for me?

The company itself is a regional office and is owned by a German organisation.

Thanks!

Usually yes as it is assumed that somone senior will have a degree. But some get away with it. I know how but wont say how it usualy is done on a public forum.

But no not automatically in that sense.

nope, i dont think u will get rejected, as long as ur sponsor (the company) eligible to employ expatriate..
