Nice place to eat in Nanshan?

I'm in Shenzhen soon for the first time and our offices are in Nanshan? Just wondering if someone can recommend a cool place for lunch to bring some colleagues (nothing too pricey)? And if there are any cool bars around there I'd appreciate some tips?

Also, I'll be staying in the Shangri La in Lou Hu and was wondering if there are any good sports bars where I can catch UK football while I'm there?

Nanshan is a big area -  if you are in the south there are lots of good restaurants in Shekou -  Gypsys is my favorite.For great Chinese food you can find a Chun Man Yuan restaurant - there are two in Nanshan.

xpatsbar.com in Futian across the road from the Sheraton Hotel has Premier League, cricket, etc plus the World Rugby Cup.
