If you would please help me as I am an expat on work visa in phnom penh cambodia and can i find an apartment on sharing basis with an family or expats of different countries will also do. So that will be more cheaper. Are there any possibility...

You can find some accommodations here but I would search on Airbnb too. If you select room and not an entire apartment you may see some alternatives. I did both before there. Rented apartment and a room. If you want a personal reference on accommodation in PP drop me a personal message. I found a nice room here in Hanoi first on Airbnb and then I extended my stay and my Vietnamese landlady was very happy to have me stay longer. I did have to sign a lease agreement. Just a few ideas.
