heya guys,
few interesting facts occurred lately and i've been hearing it quite a lot to happen in Phnom Penh at least, i don't have much connections with the rest of Cambodia so i don't know about how things "work"or rather don't work in other areas

first and first of all if anybody has any connections with the media tv and newspapers PLEASE put me in touch with them !!

So. short in short : word of advice , when you are a foreigner AND a lady all alone in Cambodia you should know how to take care of yourself cause you are one way or another a sure victim of some fraud or another so u should be well INFORMED

has any of u been in the position to change the house for which u had previously signed a legal contract to lease ( or thought its legal anyway ..)and then the owner wouldn't give u the money back ? the deposit and the whatever monthly fee u gave in advance ? .. what did u do? U just left it and forgot about the money or what did u do...

please let us know

I've only moved once but everything worked out fine for me. i have friends who work in real estate so for me personally i would get them to talk with my landlord to figure out what was happening.
