Hello everyone, it's great to be here!

My name is Julian, and I first came to Afghanistan last year for work. I initially worked on an infrastructure project in Kabul, primarily assisting the local team in improving the electricity and water systems. While I was initially a bit accustomed to the pace of life, the food, and safety concerns, I've gradually come to appreciate the unique charm of this place.

I particularly love Mazar-i-Sharif. The people are so welcoming, and the pace of life is slower than in the capital. I had the opportunity to walk around the Blue Mosque on weekends, immersing myself in the rich history and culture of this place.
