want to visit Philippines but need someone's help

I have a friend in manila n I want to visit her in 2015 but I have heard that its very tough for an Indian to visit Philippines... can anyone help me n guide me in this topic.. please

thank you sir for your reply... actually I want to visit manila but I have read in some other blogs that getting a visa to Philippines for an Indian is very tough.... I don't understand when India has visa-on-arrival facility for filipinos then y cant filipino government do the same for Indians na... can u please help me in this??

You have to apply for a visa at the Philippines Embassy in India.

sir i know that but i think its not easy to convince the embassy people to get a visa for Philippines. is there any easy way to convince them?

Why do you have to convince them ??
Can you apply online.?

Either way apply and see what happens. If all the application paperwork is done correctly then you should get the visa.

but sir i should have a reason to fly to Philippines na....i have read in other forums that the embassy people makes so many queries before passing the paperwork.
