If you want a fun way for your children’s to reach their highest potential in life and in school, the Nio-Nio Self-Defense and fitness deliver.

Your Children’s will enjoy a positive, well discipline and safe environment where they can set goals and test their limits. Your children’s will learn the importance of respect, self discipline, goal setting and perseverance, but most importantly they will have a ton of fun.

Children’s learn far more than how to ‘kick and punch’!
We strongly believe a child must distinguish what is right and what is wrong, plus develop the skills and ability to defend themselves. We focus on well being, health and non-violent resolutions to conflict, and we believe in practice, encouragement and positive reinforcement. As a result our students will develop greater confidence and self-discipline as they learn how to act and react to the world around them.
Classes are taught by martial art professional who is expert in motivating children. Each student receives individual attention in an atmosphere of team work.

If you’re ready to see a substantial change in your child, find out more by calling us on. You can also fill in the application form and send back to us.

Class fee is to be made at the time of the student application form is received.
Monthly Membership fee: 150.000.00 shs
