I am Filipino. Can I get visa upon arrival?

Hi, I am a Filipino and I am arriving in Uganda in early October.  I just want to know if I need to get a visa prior departure or I can easily get it upon arrival in Entebbe.  I am departing from Denmark and I already had a yellow fever vaccination.

hi, how are you? I am living now in Entebbe. by the way do we have munitycom in Kampla? I just  arrived a month ago... wanna know more about Uganda and wanna meet Pinoys too... hoping you can help me.... thanks.
