Iam new expat in uganda i was received money in my mobile money account how can i withdraw it?

@mhommad222 hii ,you will have to get to a mobile money agent and initiate on your phone for a withdraw and he /she will give you the money ,you can let me know which network are you using on either MTN or Airtel so that I can get you a one by one steps menu to follow
