I search work as a dentist in Reunion

I work in Sofia as a dentist.I have 12 year old son. Both we study French and we dream to go in Reunion. Am i have chance to work as a dentist at Reunion with son or not ? I will be very grateful if someone give me information for hospitals in Reunion who need dentists.
