That's Regatta Roundabout, aka The Roundabout of Death on Thursday morning. I was coming in on the Tunisia road from Janzour and from the Janzour flyover to Regatta 'boating lake' took 2 hrs.

That's a pain.You should have taken the other route i.e. turned left before the janzour bridge.
