Gym for Ladies
4 Seasons Gym is a fab place to spend an afternoon swimming in a small but clean pool, relaxing in the Hammam or having a treatment ranging from facials to cellulite treatments. There's also a fitness centre.
Membership for 1 month is around 100 dinars, but there are different membership packages. I went for a one off swim 15DNR and to the Hammam (steam room) 20DNRs! PERFECT!

Viva - it's in Benghazi so you may not get the chance to visit it, but for those interested, if you head down Dubai Street in the direction of 'The Pipes' roundabout, head straight across the roundabout and the gym is on the right. It looks like an office block and doesn't stand out particularly well but it's to the right of a building with blue glass and signage and is decorated with gold butterflies.
Hi, here is a link to their Website,
Four Seasons Center Website
Its a available in 10 languages, using Google translate, some times hard to understand the translation, but hey its better than nothing.
Enjoy

I mean......
...are these people for real?
On this site we are still looking for a reasonabley priced fitness centre/gym for women. Corintha at 700Lyd per 3 months plus taxis from Janzour is out of my league. Anything else around.
Have you considered a personal trainer? My fiancee is looking to build up his client list around Regatta/Janzour/Seraj areas, he can do in-home sessions as well as outdoor bootcamps and training, groups, one-2-one and 'bring a mate' sessions.. Inbox me if you would like any details.
Pesplin, 700ld is less than 250/month. not much really if you consider the options of the market you're in and what you'll be getting. One's health and peace of mind is too valuable to be quantified. Anything less than 100ld/month will be too shoddy, trust me. Although this will change in few years I am sure.
But if you can find a qualified english-speaking PT to help you, I really think you should step up your fitness game and start working with him. When it comes to your quality of life, do not think in terms of money.
I go there, i pay 85LYD per Month, i mean 6 days a week, 11 hours a day, its a great deal for its quality.
for my old gym i pay 40LYD a month for 3days a week, and it was a house terned into a gym.
I go there every day, its like going out from libya for an houre or two, i want to stay there always
Bye
