Haven't been there myself but found them listed in the No Worries book.

There's a couple who do really good authentic Indian food from their house in Osu (I think).

The food really is incredible. I'll try and find their details.

Where can I get hold of a NO WORRIES BOOK?

It is published by NAWA which is the North American Women's Association. They have meetings once a month at Coconut Grove Hotel but I think you can buy the book at Koala Supermarket.
They also have a website where you can access the book online.

I am sure you are excited about your trip to Ghana and I am sure you will enjoy your stay.

Can you please find out their contact details and names ..it would be a great help. I plan to come there in July and totally dependent on Indian Tiffin service for day and Dinner as well. Iam a Bad cook at that. So it will really help.

you can try Noble house in Osu and East Legon.

I like their curry mutton and biryani rice.

or another very good Indian restaurant in Labone area, not too far from the US embassy, Tandoor.
