gluten free groceries

Hi

Ive been in Accra for the past 2 months and I see there is not much gluten free food available. Does anyone know where to find gluten free breads? I inquired in a few bakeries and they are clueless..I found, after much research, that gluten free pasta is avbl in shoprite and gluten free cornflakes in maxmart...does anyone know anymore places where i can find some pastry or breads that are gluten free? kindly advice..

Have you tried Koala or Maxmart? They tend to stock more items for the expat community. Maybe if you could find some gluten free flour you could make your own bread or give it to a local baker who might be prepared to make some for you.

Hi

I dont think you will get gluten free bread. Here the bread available are sugar bread, butter bread, white bread, brown bread, tea bread. Even in Koala and Maxmart i have not seen gluten free bread
