New in Ghana, hoping to meet others!

Hello,

I'm a Hong Konger volunteering in Kwahu Tafo for around two months as part of my gap year. Previously I was in Northern India and Shanghai. I arrived in Ghana a few days ago and it's been a pretty steep learning curve already.

While based outside the capital, I'm hoping to explore Accra and other areas during the weekends. I would really love to meet anyone who's around, whether just for a chat or a drink or to explore the place together. Let me know!

Thanks so much! My husband is from accra and has a lot of family there so I sure hope soo lol. I'll just be the odd American girl out ) i just hope the area we are moving to is not super far from everything with the Ghanaian traffic and all.

If you have a car and learn to drive you will find that it is relatively easy to get around if you can time your journeys to avoid the rush hour times!

We do have a car thankfully, we are shipping it in the container with the rest of our things should hopefully be there right before we do. I have joined a bunch of expat groups so hopefully it will be something to keep me occupied during the day.
