how do i find housekeeper?

Goodday, I am new in Ghana and is looking for somebody to assist me in housekeeping, ironing, washing, little cooking and occasionally assist with kids...where do I go about and what is the average salary.

As some of you know driving around in Ghana is not easy so I need to find a reliable honesty and safe personal chauffer.. where do I find such person?? what is there average salary??
