Depends on how long you want them to stay. She will get a 3 month visitors visa and you will be able to extend that for a few months. You.might be able to apply for a resident's permit on her behalf but you will have to check that. If she does stay longer than 3 months she will have to get a Non-Citizen ID for 120 dollars to get the resident's permit.
