Hi,
Libreville is a city composed of three main areas, Akanda, Libreville-city and Owendo.
Akanda is a newly constructed residential area that is very well served. It's 15 to 30 min from downtown Libreville depending of the trafic. It is a nice place to live but is a little far from the city.
Libreville has some nice area you can look for Batterie IV, Montagne Sainte, Haut de Guégué and Bas de Guégué, Louise, Centre Ville, Charbonnages.
Owendo is a commune considered industrial, some people live there and is about 20 to 35 min from Libreville depending of the trafic.
