No, Carlo.  If you bring in a 23 year old vehicle, you'll pay an import tax of 200% of it current value. And there's no way to get around that duty. Your best approach is to sell it wherever you happen to be now, bring that money with you and buy a Landrover of equal vintage here. They are many available but demand is high for such vehicles here (vintage Landrovers, Landcruisers and Jeeps).
